Running Fedora 31's arm32 distribution under QEMU

Use the following script to install:

virt-install \
  --name Fedora-minimal-arm32-31 \
  --ram 4096 \
  --arch armv7l \
  --machine virt-2.11 \
  --import \
  --os-variant fedora31 \
  --disk /home/phillb/VirtLib_VMs/f31arm32/Fedora-Minimal-arm32-31.sda.raw \
  --boot kernel=/home/phillb/VirtLib_VMs/f31arm32/vmlinuz-5.3.7-301.fc31.armv7hl,initrd=/home/phillb/VirtLib_VMs/f31arm32/initramfs-5.3.7-301.fc31.armv7hl.img,kernel_args="console=ttyAMA0 rw root=LABEL=_/ rootwait"

After starting, there's a lot of waiting until the initial Fedora text mode config screen rolls up. After configuring and continuing it's pretty much smooth sailing.
